Our Storyboard

 

This storyboard should help us plan the shots that are needed, and will help make any changes to the story easily transferrable, as we will have a story foundation.

Our storyboard design is as follows:

Box 1 : Tracking shot of CARA's feet walking down the stairs towards the front door.

Box 2 : Medium-long shot of CARA opening the front door.

Box 3 : Medium close-up of DRUNK DAD grabbing CARA's shoulder and pulling her back into the house.

Box 4 : Medium-long shot of CARA and drunk dad arguing, with over the shoulder shots to show any dialogue spoken.

Box 5 : Close-up of a spilt bottle that DRUNK DAD knocks over. CARA runs from the room.

Box 6 : Wide shot of CARA running from the house.

Box 7 : Wide shot of FABIAN walking out of door.

Box 8 : Medium shot of FABIAN receiving text message.

Box 9 : tracking shot of CARA walking down a deserted road surrounded by trees.

Box 10 : CARA trips on an unidentified object.

Box 11 : Flashback to when CARA fell down the stairs.

Box 12 : Wide shot of CARA lying at bottom of stairs.

Box 13 : Fade to black.

Box 14 : Effects used to give the imitation of CARA blinking in a POV shot.

Box 15 : Fade to tracking shot of CARA walking down lane once again.

Box 16 : COUPLE walks past CARA.

Box 17 : Flashback to a shot of CARA and FABIAN on a date.

Box 18 : Fade back to present day CARA, where she finds a bottle and picks it up.

Box 19 : Close up shot of FABIAN as he says 'Cara!'. Fade to black.
